Learn to lift safely, build confidence using the gym and develop full body strength.

A weekly class led by personal trainer Kathryn Cooper. Throughout the course we'll explore a range of movements and gym equipment including big lifts like deadlifts and squats.

Climbers and non-climbers alike are welcome.

Block book for £10 per class or drop-in a trial for £11.
